Es hat eine 10% Beteiligung an SACG erworben, sowie eine Option, die restliche 90% Beteiligung an der SOMINE Kupfer-Gold Liegenschaft in Nordost-Haiti.Majescor besitzt auch zwei Uran-Explorationsprojekte in Quebec: Mistassini (100% im Besitz; unter Option zu Strateco Resources Inc) und Lac Laparre (100% im Besitz; unter Option zu Virginia Energy Resources Inc.) Majescor besitzt auch 100% Mineralrechte an vier Gold-und-Basismetallprojekte in Madagaskar (unter Option zu Sunridge Gold Corp.)

Majescor is a junior explorer focusing on emerging mineral districts.  Majescor's project portfolio also includes two uranium exploration  projects in Quebec:  Mistassini (100%-owned; under option to Strateco Resources Inc.) and Lac  Laparre (100%-owned; under option to Virginia Energy Resources Inc.)  In  addition to uranium, Majescor owns 100% mineral rights to four gold and base  metal properties in Madagascar  (under option to Sunridge Gold Corp.)

* Her experience also includes management positions at several companies in Canada and abroad including the Public Service Alliance of Canada.
