Stirling Human Products
“Immunomodulators, such as Immunoxel, can overcome bacterial drug resistance since they act through a totally new immune mechanism. Our botanical products are the first and only known products that can enhance the host’s defense against mycobacterial infections. They can drastically shorten treatment duration and as an adjuvant, contribute to curing certain medical conditions”
The Stirling range of products have been developed following many years of research, development and clinical trials conducted through Ukraine research institutes recognised for their depth of knowledge in phyto-medicines (plant derived). The entire product range is patent protected or proprietary technology in their respective formulation and manufacturing process. Extensive clinical trials have shown the Stirling range of products to in certain cases outperform traditional pharmaceuticals and in all cases to improve the performance of prescribed medications.
The human immune system governs overall health and one of Stirling’s lead products, “Immunoxel”, can provide the body with a much needed support to a modern diet and lifestyle that is generally deficient in essential protective capability that the immune system needs to ward off a diverse range of conditions, diseases and infections.

The Stirling range of products, with a brief description of their application (but not their local retail names), includes the following:
Immunoxel has demonstrated that its superior normalizing and restorative action on the immune system can be used as a safe and effective means for prevention or treatment of multiple conditions including: influenza, acute respiratory diseases, hepatitis, tuberculosis, herpes, Candida, Chlamydia and other infectious and viral diseases.
Cholesterol Balance is recommended to assist the increase in ‘good’ cholesterol (HDL) and reduce ‘bad’ cholesterol (LDL) which in turn could also help to achieve normal blood pressure and lower the risk of heart attack. Cholesterol Balance has demonstrated a beneficial synergy when taken with a range of blood pressure medications as well as with cholesterol-reducing statin drugs. Clinical trials have shown that Cholesterol Balance can:
- activate absorption of deposited fat this can lead to excess body weight loss
- normalize blood sugar levels in up to 40% of patients with diabetes
- positively affect immune responses
- improve liver function
- reduce vascular caused headaches, dizziness, buzzing in the ears, etc
Allergy Assist is recommended for all types of allergies including conjunctivitis, dermatitis, food allergies, bronchial asthma and the prevention of hay fever. Allergy Assist may help to reduce redness, itching, and other manifestation of allergic reactions, it can be used on its own or in combination with standard therapies and combines well with prescribed allergy medication to help reduce side effects, enhance therapeutic effect and shorten treatment times.
Arthritis Assist is recommended for pain and stiffness resulting from arthritis, neuralgia and soft tissue bruising. Arthritis Assist has indicated its capacity to increase reconstruction of the cartilaginous tissue of joints and accelerate the healing of bruises and reduces pain of bruising.
Diabetic Balance is recommended for type 1 or 2 diabetes mellitus as well as for treatment of complications caused by diabetes. Light form diabetics may find Diabetic Balance sufficient as a main sugar normaliser and for advanced diabetics it may be possible to decrease use of synthetic hypoglycemic medications and thus lessen their side effects. The sugar normalizing effect of Diabetic Balance have been demonstrated in studies to reduce levels of cholesterol and lipoproteins in the blood, inhibit diabetic angiopathy and neuropathy, and markedly diminish appetite – which is also useful for diabetic weight control.
Stress Shield is recommended for emotional balance, tension relief and insomnia. Nervous break-downs and chronic stress can provoke heart and digestive system disorders. Stress Shield with anxiolytic and sedative properties has demonstrated it may alleviate diseases caused by long term stress such as irritability, neurasthenia, insomnia, emotional stress and stress related symptoms including gastritis, ulcers, stenocardia and hypertension.

R-Salbutamol
"R-salbutamol growth agents are classic metabolic modifiers that at very low doses, convert energy normally used for fat production into energy for meat production. They offer a unique, highly specific and highly effective function in animals".
R-Salbutamol growth agents are classic metabolic modifiers that at very low doses, convert energy normally used for fat production into energy for meat production. The Intellectual Property which forms the basis of Stirling's technology revolves around a pharmaceutical called R-Salbutamol. R-Salbutamol is a purified version of the compound salbutamol (also known as albuterol) which has worldwide acceptance for the treatment of respiratory disease.
Salbutamol has two mirror image chemical molecular components (enantiomers). Purifying this mixture of enantiomers to a product containing only a single enantiomer (the R enantiomer) has several advantages, including a reduction of adverse effects caused by the unwanted enantiomer and preventing the interference with the favourable effects of the active enantiomer.
In human pharmaceutical markets, industry pressure to switch to pure enantiomer drugs started in the 1980s led by companies looking for patent extension to drugs that were due to have their patents expire. Regulatory agencies supported this trend as the resultant “new” drugs were of higher purity with fewer side effects. The percentage of total sales of these “new” drugs has grown from less than 10% of the total pharmaceutical market in 1985, to 25% in 1995 and are now at well over 40%.

R-Salbutamol: Growth Agents in Livestock
In livestock studies R-Salbutamol when used as an animal growth promoter has demonstrated:
- Decreased fat in the animals
- Increased muscle production
- Improved feed efficiency (i.e. livestock eat less to increase carcass weight or quality)
(i) Swine
Studies to date conducted by Stirling in the United States have demonstrated significant production gains with R-Salbutamol. R-Salbutamol produced a 21% improvement in feed efficiency, 17% increase in live carcass weight and a 17% reduction in fat content. These effects exceed the responses published in the literature for ractopamine (competitor to R-Salbutamol in swine). Furthermore, unlike its competitor, no unwanted behavioural side effects were noted with R-Salbutamol use.
(ii) Poultry
Stirling has shown in two commercially important breeds of broiler chickens (Cobb & Ross), that R-Salbutamol can produce an improvement in feed efficiency of up to 5%, an improvement in lean meat of 11% and a reduction of fat of up to 30%. These positive effects were achieved with levels approximately half of the dose of the racemic (mixed) control and resulted in residue levels that were up to 80% less at comparable dose levels.
(iii) Sheep
Stirling's studies in sheep have shown that R-Salbutamol produces a four-fold increase in weight gain and an improvement of 70% in feed efficiency when added to sheep feed over a finishing period of 35 days. Lean meat content improved by 18% and the lean meat to fat ration improved by 8%.
(iv) Cattle
Initial data has demonstrated that R-Salbutamol is extremely successful in increasing live weight gain, improving feeding efficiency (the amount of food consumed for each kilogram of weight added) and carcass quality in cattle. Weight gain can increase by more than 10% and feed conversion can improve by 14% after 30 days of feeding.
Yeast Beta Glucan - ProVale
ProVale is a natural immune boosting agent that leads to "chemical free" production of livestock.
Yeast beta glucan (YBG) is a polysaccharide molecule made up of glucose subunits in a specific arrangement. The arrangement of these glucose subunits gives the yeast beta glucan its unique properties.
Yeast beta glucans are well known and effective immunopotentiators. In other words they stimulate the immune system, reducing the need for pharmaceuticals such as antibiotics. This has significant advantages in the livestock industry where over-prescription of antibiotics is common practice. Their indiscriminate use in feed as growth promotants has been implicated as a major contributor to antibiotic resistance.
Provale™ is a highly purified (greater than 80%) yeast beta glucan which has significant benefits in the production of livestock and aquaculture.
